Kelly & Tom are in their mid-thirties and after a long battle with infertility, they were blessed with 3 little girls within 2 years (including a set of twins!) They had quickly outgrown their townhouse close to Downtown Kitchener and desperately needed more space. They were busy tho, and the market was hot! After seeing a few houses they decided that building new was the right move for them so I found them the perfect lot with an incredible builder and they got to work building their dream home.
