DON’T sell your home if it smells like THIS

Today I’m getting into the dirty details of the smells that will NOT help sell your house. It may seem minor, but the scent of a house can be a huge determining factor of whether potential buyers will even set foot inside, let along decide to put an offer in. So make sure to get rid of any of these three smells when you’re getting ready to show your house.
